Its true that Deep Specter gets its power from the Ganmeisers, but there is no indication or even explanation as to why the Ganmeisers are coming back after being defeated by Makoto.

Maybe they're absorbing the energy used to defeat the doppelganger and using it to bring back a dead Ganmeiser, but that hasn't even been hinted at one tiny bit. Its just "lmao ill be you someday xD" every time one dies, and that's fucking it.
