It looks like Quess' with a Geara Doga's arm. Gyunei's Jagd Doga also had a much taller head crest that Quess' didn't.

That Jagd Doga is definitely Quess' the Geara Doga arm that replaces her Jagd Doga's broken one, the fact it only has 2 funnels the same remaining funnel's Quess' had. Also the head doesn't have the antenna like Gyunei's which was totalled >>14621599

While that's true, its extremely unusual for a Cyber Newtype, or any Newtype to not be named. Even the Byarlant Custom pilot was named, until that Jagd Doga pilot ever person that used funnels in Gundam had a named and face. Newtypes can be grunts too I suppose.

There uses to be a 0096 UC Ace manga that showcased the various ace pilots we never meet in the OVA like the Dreissen pilot Banagher shoots down, the pilot of the two seater Prototype Jegan, the Byarlant pilot from episode 4, and one of the Geara Zulu pilots. Shame it didn't last long enough to get to episode 7.

IIRC, I remember there was some info about it that was discussed at one point, don't remember the source so don't hold me on this if it isn't true, it's just what I heard
Anyway, I don't remember the name or if it was even given but apparently it was some newtype guy who was also the test pilot for the Krake Zulu, the prototype version of the Rozen Zulu
That's all I got. I don't think the guy was mentioned much else beyond that, he's just a faceless mook who happened to also be a newtype who did a thing or two.

Where did the production number of 4 come from? Data files only say 2. The one from Unicorn is indeed Quess' old unit that was recolored by the Sleeves. It was put into storage after she transferred to the Alpha Azieru.
