Just replace the swaths of black with traditional Gundam White, draw the pilot in a dress, and I think the Axe Gundam can still be saved.

This character is bizarre for all the wrong reasons. It looks like he's supposed to clash with all the other characters in the game, but the way they go about it is all wrong. He literally looks like an otaku artist's fetishy OC. He doesn't look threatening, nor mysterious, nor someone you can underestimate. He just looks absurd and goofy with his gimp outfit.
