It's a series of short episodes like 10-15 minutes long each. Each episode features a new mc and focuses on their connection with the cultish "hands" and ultimately; the hero character (first pic). I have about 4 episodes written so far and we're just starting to film the first one. Honest opinion? You're in New York. There's plenty of content creator companies for Youtube there. Try contacting as many as possible, see if they're willing to help supply a budget and proper quality to the idea.

YOu don't see many action shows as part of YouTube content creation, so that's already a big sell right there. You can also prove yourself from a design standpoint, given you were able to make trial props.

It's because Shinji is the only Rider who enters the war for entirely selfless reasons. He wasn't even chosen by Shiro in the first place: in the series proper he just picks up the deck in an abandoned apartment, in the 13 Riders special he was given the deck by the previous Ryuki.

Consider the wishes of the Riders who wanted to win the Rider War:

>Gai wanted to have fun
>Raia wanted revenge for his friend
>Ouja wanted to keep the war going indefinitely

In comparison, Shinji didn't even know what he wanted to do with his wish until late in the series, aside from "stopping the Mirror Monsters and saving people". It's been a while since I watched Ryuki, but I believe he figured out what he wanted when he was already dying at the end.

It was Shinji's determination of protecting others instead of fighting for selfish reasons that stopped the war by making Shiro realize the futility of his time shenanigans: Yui will always die, and Shinji will always be a Rider.

tld;dr Shinji is a typical Kamen Rider protagonist: he fights, so we don't have to.

Kamen Rider 4 was meant to be the end of that though. Shirakura's statements about it at the time were about changing the direction of net videos, making them feel like actual tv episode or movies, rather than throw away extras.
