I knew about the series, but only the first original Rider, which I knew as "That Cricket Guy that rides the motorcycle". I assumed it was the only one.

During an extreme time of boredom I decided to watch whatever show caught my eye, that season of anime I had two shows to watch leaving so much free time to do absolutely nothing.

Later on I saw a .gif of Fourze when Yuki explains to Gentaro the various Cliques in Highschool, which I found hilarious, the only name I was given was Fourze so I wiki'd it.

In retrospect that's probably the only reason I was willing to put up with Wizard until the end, and even then I started watching W partway through just because I needed something more than that.
