Hey guys, I've loved mechas since I was a kid, This picture is something I got drawn, that I would want to build in real life, Where would I go to contact people that could help do this? I legit just emailed car companies asking them, waiting on reply, but anywho, and ideas? Location: Ontario Canada, would need to be someone there.

I normally browse /r9k/ so not sure how you guys are, but not doing lasers n' shit, want something reasonable like the "Megabot" or "Kuratas". Thanks guys.
If you wanna contact me somewhere else, give me an email or something

you have to have a son or grandson to pilot it
otherwise it won't work
>>

Shit I dunno. How much cash you got? Contact the guys who made Kuratas

We're downsizing a lot, We're proably going to buy something like this, then move the cabin up a lot, add arms, but nothing huge like kuratas, one of these is around $30,000 CAD used, and we're building from there

>then move the cabin up a lot, add arms
Both of these sound like rather significant engineering challenges. Do you have a background in mechanical engineering or something related?

My partner I will be working on for this has been a farmer all his life, knows hydrolics, and will be the one doing this. We have the skill for this, yes. We also having someone dedicated for any programming needed to get the arms working, I'm the project lead myself. The picture I gave was not the specific tractor/machine we'd use, but it's similar and helped us cut costs a ridiculously huge amount. We can do pretty much anything when it comes to changing the shape of it, just looking for advice on the thing.

If anyone's interested, email me at [email protected] and we can talk.
