Why are the heroes in this universe so incompetent? I mean even all of the top-tier heroes together weren't able to beat one robot replacement hero, and it was able to disable them all without causing them significant harm so it could capture them, so treating them with kid gloves.

I think Keith was intended to be autistic or had some kind of general social disorder.

Now hang on hear me out. During this arc, he completely misses that Cis acted unnaturally and projected his insecurities and personal problems on to her. In one of the movies (The Rising I think), he explains to one of the other heroes that he has a hard time making his intentions clear (hence all the dramatic posing and repeating himself) and doesn't understand why people find him so funny all the time.

Being invincible is pretty had when you fight criminals and super threats for a living, And its not like he was a small guy, he could overpower alot of crooks physically just by his superior physique.

And like most of the heroes he was teched up alongside his natural ability in powered armor.

There's a in-training hero from My Hero Academia who's power is 'hardening' too and he's pretty badass, apart from being able to survive a giant robot collapsing on top of him can bust right through metal or brick with his hardened arm

I think T&B was my favorite series to watch with 4chan. It was really something else when it was airing, and it was funny that it surprised so many people like with the BDs selling out immediately and Ustream constantly crashing because so many people were trying to watch it.

Fire Emblem was probably the least fucked up of the cast (besides Rock Bison), but he was still pushing how gay he was unusually hard.

Though if I remember right, his actual issue is that he was horrified of what his fire could do to people so he purposefully played up his homosexuality so people would thing "oh look at that flaming goof" and not "oh my god it's a fucking human flamethrower".

Sternbild is implied to be an alternate universe New York. Even if they never outright say where exactly in the world it is, its geography suggests where Manhattan is in the real world. The numbers are admittedly pretty vague, but Hundred Power is supposed to be 100 times normal human strength, and One for All is supposed to be the combined strength of 9 swole as fuck humans.

I guess it depends on how the accumulation effect of One for All works. Is it just 9 times a normal human's strength, or is exponential:

One for All himself had normal human strength.
The first heir inherited that strength, for a total of two times normal human power (henceforth "NHP").
The second heir inherited 1 NHP from OfA, 2 NHP from the first heir, then added his/her 1 NHP for a total of 4.
The third heir then got 4 + 2 + 1 + 1 for a total of 8.
And so on, until Nana (heir #7) has 128 NHP, All Might has 256, and Deku, once he's fully trained, should have 512.

Which sounds about right, actually. Definitely more right than 9.

Since this is /m/ why not more posting of the actual mechanical elements of the series, there is the powered armoured suits that almost every hero wears and look pretty cool, and most relevantly to your OP the super powerful and deadly androids that crop up (as well as some literal giant robots).

Show 1 is balls and we're not expecting it to perform well so we're gonna save losses by only doing the very basic on it.
