You know, if we wanted to be pedantic, 'necromancy' just means divination from dead people. On the one hand, yes, there's a lot of talking to dead people in Gundam, on the other, it's not usually on purpose or intended to find out the future. Lalah and Marida both comment to the effect that they can see the future where mankind will evolve to some glorious state they're now a part of but that's about it.

Well, in a way NewTypes do possess a degree of predicting the future, with their NewType flashes and all.

As early as the first series we have Amuro in the end somehow magically able to give his friends instructions on how to escape, including instances of knowing when to stop to avoid an explosion or when Zeon soldiers would stop firing and leave the area.

In Unicorn we have the final battle with some NewType acid trip through time, from the past all the way to what appears to be the heat death of the universe.
