So I just finished Tetsujin 28 go 2004 and holy fuck was that depressing. also Tetsujin thread
GOOD SHOW
What a coincidence. I was about to start watching recently. Figured I'd watch the 2007 film first, to test the waters. Anyone seen that? How is it?

I would recommeed the series first then the movie
>>14589253
It went mediocre after episode 16. Too many asspulls after that.

>Too many asspulls after that.
Nice buzzword.
When is it an asspull, and when is it a twist?
Asspull = you don't like the twist, even if it logically makes sense
>>14589535
>When is it an ass pull?
When there is not lead in or foreshadowing for the story changing tracks.
>When is it a plot twist?
When the story changing tracks is properly set up prior to it happening.
If a plot twist is not obvious or at the very least deducible from prior information in retrospect, than it's an ass pull.

Bullshit.
An ass pull is when it's not consistent or logical within the show itself.
>If a plot twist is not obvious
Might as well not watch if you want plot twists to be obvious. That's fucking stupid.
Dr black died for your sins

I saw it and Tetsujin only shows up few times. (A good/fair plot at least) Also, despite most people watching THAT movie, Imagawa was seemly disappointed about it.
BTW, does someone found the DVD cover of the last volume of the 2004 series ironic, just like I found out?
Super Robot Wars never.

I can't stand morons who can't read, like you. I said "obvious in retrospect" faggot. A plot twits is something you don't see coming, but makes perfect sense after it happens. An ass pull is a change in the story with no rhyme or reason.
