Who wins?

If Turn A doesn't activate MB immediately Shin Getter will eat and assimilate it.

Anyone else disappointed in Shin Getter-3's design? That missile trolly just makes it look like it has a huge ass and stubby little legs. Armageddon's paint job was terrible as well.

Shin Getter 2 from Armageddon is only really good looking form of Shin.

Shin is way above Turn A's level.

I always felt the New Getter designs were a better update of the original set than Shin was.
I guess it depends where Shin is at the time. It can have organic components at times, so I don't know if Moonlight Butterfly will work against it.

Depends on if the writers decide the nanomachines can disassemble Shin, or if Shin can absorb the nanomachines.
Logically I don't see why Shin COULDN'T absorb the nanomachines, the beam rifle, and we've already seen Shin eat a nuke. So I can't really think of anything Turn A could do that wouldn't just make Shin stronger.
Unless we're talking SvN/Armageddon Shin, in which case I think Turn A could probably win.

Which Shin? Which Turn A?
If we're talking about both at their fullest, complete nonsense powerlevel (Manga Shin and Black History Turn A), it's kind of a toss up. I would imagine there would be a lot of quick-step/teleportation in the bout, and if neither combatant cared about collateral damage, the stuff being thrown around could possibly be insane.
That's assuming we're going all stylish and dynamic, where the fight is mainly for the audience. If practicality is the concern, Turn A has an edge simply because it can teleport lasers. It's pretty hard to dodge a beam when it can be instantly transported to the pilot. If this technique hits, stuff like Moonlight Butterfly and Shin's assimilation powers won't even come in to play.
This is also assuming that Shin not having a pilot would actually slow it down. If Manga Shin is anything, it's a wild card. The extent of its powers really are an unknown, and the feats it pulls of makes me think that it too can regenerate pilots like BH Turn A can. It really is a toss up.
