I think Dougram would be a very hard sell for a dub. 75 episodes of not-high-end early 80s animation (QUALITYbilly.jpg) combined with some fairly abstruse political content? That's a pretty tall order for bringing something over.

Dougram's seiyuu cast is pretty low-profile though, a lot of them did non-anime work before like e.g. Star Trek and weren't famous in general (and this was before Macross happened and made seiyuu fame a big deal anyway).
