G Generation Thread

Awakening allows you to use Newtype weapons, and I think it ups your evasion and hit by a small ammount. The stat is there so you can swap people into Newtype suits.

IIRC, everyone can be a Newtype if you level them up enough, even if they start with 0 Awakening. I think the only exception is machines.

I'm planning on doing a run where I do custom characters with pilot suits and restricting my teams to mook units. Hopefully there's more variety in Master Skills for custom characters, they were pretty much the same and I don't think you could change it.

The damage is only affected by pilot skills. The awakening stat affects the accuracy and range of the funnels.
