>one fifth of the entire soundtrack is from evangelion
>>14556810
And half of 3.0's soundtrack is from Nadia. Your point?
>>14556810
>one tenth of evangelion's soundtrack is from james bond
>>14556813
That might be going somewhere, though, since it's specific to 3 after visual references and Kare Kano tracks in 2.
Anyone find the Outtakes from Evangelion album as well? It also came out today.
>>14557416
Watch it have 5 versions of the godzilla theme
>>14556813
Actually only about 2 tracks
>>14557888
No, previews are up on Amazon, it's mostly old demos with a few new things. But I really want the Danny Boy track.
>>14556813
Nadia and Eva are both Gainax. What's YOUR point? This is only written (?) by Anno
I can understand having it for just one scene as a nod... but it's like a third of the album
Might as well have used Angel Attack for godzilla, it beats all the new music in shingojira
shiro san let us down
>>14558374
>But I really want the Danny Boy track.
OH DANNY BOY
>>14558413
Sagisu scored all of them.
>>14558425
I'm surprised Black Angel WASN'T a remix of Angel Attack
>>14558739
Instead it was a remix of https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=oWNlgYlePjg

And now I'm listening to rebuild osts, and pretty much any of the angel battle themes would have fit better than what shiro handed in
under a burning sky is weak...
I know he's let me down, I've been a fool to myself
Persecution of the Masses and Who Will Know are absolutely fantastic. The jazz selection was neat and unexpected. Thought Sagisu was going to rework Ifukube rather than simply reuse the classic scores, though it was still nice hear the master's music.
>>14564117
they're ok tracks, just could've been better
and yes, I was hoping for him to put his own spin on the classic themes
I can listen to the originals anytime...
