Later Shaman King and Ultimo are annoying to read becuase the "pretty" characters like the cute boys & girls have these really awkward unappealing pointy designs. I'm not bothered by sexualization and I hate people who scream MOESHIT and FUJOSHIT but I just don't like the way his style evolved as far as drawing such characters goes. I thought the kids in early Shaman King looked cute in a more charming way.

Smash Bomber is the best-drawn modern thing he did. I dunno why a short self-aware toy commercial looks so good but the character designs are great.
