It's part of a Marvel "event" called Spider-Verse. In it, Spider-Men/Women/Pigs of various universes team up to fight an ancient evil that wants to kill them all.

IIRC, it had the japanese manga Spider-Man (mind tigers), Toei Supaidaman (with Leopardon to boot), and this girl from a one-shot story, where she uses a suit to combine with the robot (I think).

The event itself is rather crass, I wouldn't read it. There's also cameos by Motoko and Batsu.

Leopardron was one shot by an Inheritor. He's later repaired using steampunk + 2099 tech. He ends up taking out a bunch of lesser Inheritors in the climax.

I'm pretty sure one of the splash pages with the multiverse Spideys had an Asuka plugsuit Spidey in an EVA-like cockpit. Even if the writing and event itself was shit, at least the artist had fun.
