It can, sort of. The idea here is that the big bad made a small craft that can traverse the multiverse, and used it to create a perfect world after his was destroyed by war. Unfortunately he became a pervy despot and eventually some of the descendants of his craft (Vilkiss and its sisters) got into the hands of militant bisexual women.

One of the plot points was them having 'Spacetime Convergence Cannons" that simply erase things from existence. And there was that time they crossed the streams to cancel out his efforts to fuse two different realities and thereby bury the city in one timeline with the mountain in the other or something.

It's not even all that omnipotent. Vilkiss is pretty beatable as far as versus battles. I don't know why it's even featured in power level threads.

It's got some god-tier special features, like the Spacetime Covergence Cannons, but those aren't wieldy in a live combat scenario. It's nothing terribly special by mecha standards.

My hypothetical VS is which would win between an ez8 Gundam or a Ground type, both pilots at same skill, fully loaded weapons. I know that the ez8 has slightly higher specs than Ground Type but it lacks the Chest Launcher which obviously since its a launcher packs a fair punch.
