Dude makes some cool robots and ships I'll give him that. As much flak as Heroes gets, Egg Fleet is still one of my favorite zones in the franchise. I hope that it gets the Generations treatment someday.

but yea that was pretty baller. Hes like prepared to invade a fucking planet! (and then it was revealed it was Shin Metal Sonic all along)

also even though the show is so cringe worthy, I love how much they fuck around with the formula in the Sonic Boom cartoon (which has very little to do with the game itself). Its almost like the old wacky sonic cartoon, with more meta references.

Hit-and-miss I feel. There is some decent gamplay ideas and levels in Heroes, but it ultimately falls short. And as much as I loved SA1 & 2 growing up, most of the game isn't fun to replay these days. I'll boot it up to do a couple Sonic stages for a nostalgia trip every once in a while, but that's about it.

Of the 3D games, Shadow is actually the guilty pleasure of mine. The edge in that game is hilarious and I think the gun mechanic is kinda fun. Me and my brother actually had fun playing the multiplayer back in the day.

Egg Emperor vs. a Zaku; who would win?

A fully powered Egg Emperor would probably be fairly strong. It can fire missiles and shoot energy waves when it swings it's sword. It lacks speed, but makes up for it in armor.

I think it could best a Zaku no problem. Now if it went up against later UC tech, maybe stuff in late Zeta/ZZ era, I think it would have a tougher time. And I think a Sazabi would wreck it pretty quickly.

Doesn't it outrun Sonic though? Most of Eggman's mechs tend to move faster than Sonic, especially in the newer games when you run towards them.

What is it about Sonic that draws so many autists to it?
