Gorge is still translating the Italian, last I heard. He's just been busy with work IRL. You might be thinking of the Japanese check, as UK Windom had to bow out. Fortunately, though, I think I found a replacement, after helping time some Kamen Rider stuff I asked the translator for that (sky79) if she might be willing to help with Dragonar, and she very graciously said yes! So expect to see her name on the credits after 24 or so~
