Naked rarely shows up long enough to be an issue. It spends most of it's time inside the spaceship like Glain Neidr unit and only comes out once it a blue moon for the occasional sword slice.

Although it is telling that in the anime where it's the final boss and gets a fairly long fight scene, they redesigned it a bit.
