Special Armored Battalion Dorvack

I liked it. It's about humans fighting a war with alien invaders. If I had to compare it to something I'd say it's similar to the Dancouga episodes before they could combine. What I really like about it is how after the team proves how useful the prototypes are the army decides to mass produce them and the main characters have to become instructors. Then their commander has to convince the command that his team is still useful on the battlefiled and deserves to continue getting special treatment, because of their experience.

MartyMcFlies is apparently going to start this series soon, assuming he has time to do so alongside his LP uploads. Still looking forward to that stock sci-fi sound effects compilation though.

honestly, animation lacks even for that time, due to budget issues. plot was nice, mechs good looking
