No, it's the same as Chatbot, except more advanced. It takes what people says to it and learns how to use it in context. The more you feed it, the more realistic it sounds. You can actually hear its english getting better as /pol/ teaches it more.

It is still a fucking bargain for businesses to use machines. Their "social security wage" is still going to be drastically less than the full wages and benefits package of any worker, plus they can be operated 24/7, don't slack off, don't need to be trained or fired, don't have worker's comp, etc. All the tax does is push back the date the machine pays for itself by Y months, horror of horrors.

It doesn't solve all the other issues that mass automation creates (so, about all those people who don't have jobs now...) but it does at least keep the SS promise to those who paid into it in good faith all their lives before robots were everywhere.
