Most Scopedog variants, outside of the one time Chirico strapped a shitton of rockets to one.

A lot of ATs in Votoms tend to have bullet-only loadouts. It seems like most ATs that use something like rocket launchers or non-fist melee weapons which are also bullet powered in Scopedogs are only part of specialized ATs.

Heavyarms has beam gatlings, though those are probably battery-powered given how many times they keep animating it running out of ammo (Okawara had the shield gatling as the beam one and the chest as ammo-based; it was reversed for Katoki's version, and only the hand-held double-gatlings were ammo-based while the torso gatlings were beam-based).

There's a timeline or two where Getter Robo has a big gun, and since its other ranged weapons are energy based big beams (not ammunition based in any way) and thrown weapons that might count?

That one water based mech from Dougram (the Nautilus?) is VERY lightly armed, and I think its only projectile weapon is a machinegun.

Dragonar 3 before the Lifter upgrade. Lifter gave it missiles and Custom gave it that light bazooka so only before the upgrade though.

Depending on what Aura Shoots actually are - some kind of energy explosive? Bullets? - some Dunbine mechs count. A few have missiles or other strange weapons though. Zwauth from Neo Byston Well has a giant gatling gun according to side material and I don't think it has anything else ranged so it totally counts.
