Final Dancouga is an unused combination from the show, but their plans likely changed when the show got canned and they had to wrap things up faster so they just killed Alan instead.

Final Dancouga has been appearing in SRW since before Nova had that silhouette

That being said, there likely isn't anything stopping them from using it if they really wanted since it technically was in the show.
