Thoughts on this and similar "what the fuck am I even watching" knock off anime.
After finishing this, should I go and watch Mazinger 3 and Mazinger 7?
What other similar Korean/Hong Kong abominations have surfaced? Are there any as good or as QUALITY as this?

There's a ton, some have dubs. They're pretty similarly bad.
