No, it's a Zaku I dressed up like a GM.
The Feddie mobile suits are the actual knock-offs. Project V was built on top of the data gathered from the Zanny, which was an actual bootleg Zaku.

I know that, but in terms of its appearence and weapons it is a blantant bootleg GM

- Looks like a GM, but you would know that it isn't a GM when you look at it close up
- Can't use beam weapons at all
- The shield has the Zaku knuckle shield underneath

Mind you it is a good enough bootleg that a good deal of them were destroyed by friendly fire
