I dont think so. Heero, at the first time, has lost his mind. He lost his mind even with Epyon and only after several attempts was able to adapt with Wing zero.

From what I saw, pilot the zero system is more like a matter of mental approach. Duo managed to stop before doing damage, but he saw what he would do if he continued, Trowa went nuts screaming Catherine.

Quatre went nuts like a UC newtype, but then was able to manage the Zero system as a strategist. Wu fei came out almost unscathed only because it used Zero for a little time, and with a clear objective. Wu Fei is a combat nerd, I think he has a simple and straight mind, but he did not need zero system to do stupid things, in the long period, no one would notice the difference.
To be clear, i'm pretty sure That Zech has never dominated Epyon. All the shit he did with White Fang are delusions done after what Epyon said to him.

That's just a joke or easter egg, like the part that says "Intel Outside" when Heero goes to disarm the ICBMs. You can't take everything seriously onscreen. Half of it is usually meaningless text taken from other places, like the text of Heero's medical report from episode 3 which is a readme for a photoshop plugin.

Besides, ALICE is listed separately from Sandrock's computer OS. The same screenshot also lists "helium fleet" and gundarium theta which doesn't exist in AC, and EWAC, AMBAC, and ejection pod systems that Sandrock doesn't have.
