She perfectly encapsulates everything that went wrong with the rebuilds.
Misdirected attempts at modernizing the show that resulted in Moe bullshit. Nearly every time she speaks she needs to say "mew". Like a cat.
For whatever reason they thought it would be cute for her to have some kind of weird obsession with smells.
Other than that she was forgotten for most of the third movie. I guess they realized they couldn't do anything with her and gave up.
