After watching a few videos of this game, I have no idea what the fuck Blizzard were thinking with the designs, especially the color schemes. How are people meant to recognize whether someone is on your team or not at a glance? The costume colors are all over the place even for individual characters.

That and they took a lot of lessons from the TF2 design mantra. They're so differently shaped and silhouetted you can tell all but the smallest apart from a good distance. And to make it training-wheel easy: color coded effects and outlines. And there's only 6 people per team, so it's pretty easy to keep a mental hold on who you need to worry about or not.

I'm not sure how Misato would react to the change, aside from playfully making fun of the situation because thats how she handles everything, but once Kaji dies no funtimes are to be had.

If Shinji comes out with any resemblance to Yui, then Gendou is probably going to get really weird about the whole thing. And if Shinji looks too much like Rei to the point where they could be sisters, people are going to start connecting the dots on Rei's past.

If Shinji can end up in even a slightly happier place by the time of EoE, then maybe the world can still be saved. But there is just so much downer shit that happens after that I can't imagine her not still being a mess.
