If it sells well, the producers will think Gundam Wing is still popular toward the nips.
"Frozen Teardrop just ended, why not doing an anime of it" they will say, it can boost figurines & book sales and even profit with the seiyuu's events since the VA are still popular as fuck.

Without forgetting that the west is still in fond of Wing TV.
Toonami might even pay just like they did for Space Dandy to simul dub it.
