They pad a ton, there's about 7 dead minutes in each episode.
It's been confirmed for 2 cours of content, and I believe I read 26 somewhere.

They're more like 20 minute episodes when you account for the padding.

Which makes the math out to be a more plausible 3 per hour, leaving room for some original content somewhere in the mix I think.
