He kinda stayed dead but it was highly implied that sooner or later he would be brought back to life (when Gou manages to restore his Core).

Seeing as the events of "Kamen Rider Heart" happen after Drive shows the fact that Heart probably got restored so there's probably a way for Roidmude's core to be restored, thus Chase can be revived, sooner or later.
