Sxano was designed by Yasuhiro Moriki, the guy behind the OVA Zeorymer mechs, the ones in Xardion, etc., and the Grungusts were by Kazutaka Myatake.

I've inched slightly closer to finally scanning the rest of that damn book.
I've got a working scanner and I just (probably) downloaded PSP7 installs to put it on my new computer so scanning won't take as horribly long.
Within ten more years this goal may be realized!
