Violence Jack - Also takes place after Devilman. There's a hypothesis around, saying that Devilman Lady takes place after Violence Jack. Other than that, it's just an alternate continuity manga. Shin Violence Jack being the sequel.

Amon Darkside of Devilman is a spinoff to Devilman. It has some backstory, and retells the final events of the original manga, but the changes means it's clearly a spinoff.

There's also Strange Days which seems to be about the regular lives of Devilmen.

I don't know much about these series. I found them to be pretty confusing if I'm being honest.

I think demon knight is canon though. Also there is that one shot chapter about sirene. All written and drawn by nagai. I'm a tad surprised these two aren't translated because they are so short. For date I would say the original is more likely because the remake takes stuff from the anime but who knows since its not even translated.

Pretty much, although you really have to find out how different they are sometimes. Take Jeeg (a collab with Yasuda), for example: some of the biggest differences are that Hiroshi Shiba being turned into a cyborg isn't seen at the start of the series, and Don and Poncho don't even exist in the manga.

There were only eleven issues of Morning Special printed over three years because it's just a supplemental magazine that had extra chapters for a number of series including Devilman Lady. The Italy and France re-release is the 2012 japanese release, the KCDX Shinsouban. What I have is the japanese one.
The only difference is that the europeans releases are actually better: they're bigger and have all color pages, while the japanese are B&W
