So since Kaixe is apparently alive (>>14129838)...
Did that anon who was going to rip the box set 2 of the M3 bds ever deliver?
He did rip the OST, IIRC.
And uh, M3/suffering thread in general I guess
>>14131988
Anyone?
This is surprising. You'd think that given the people who browse /m/, we could at the very least have an M3 thread.
>>14133206
Why is the ops and end themes work so well.
>>14133206
we can usually get a thread going in the night but you have to be patient there's only like 15 of us
Raika best girl
>>14133206
We can, it just will be slower than usual due to the low amount of us.
>>14133317
She was.
Anon i need help. How do i get my friends to see this? I need buzz words.
>>14133337
But anon niche threads like these are comfy as fuck.
>>14133379
>friends
Tell them it's comfy. Also it's got designs by the Macross dude, and because they probably have shit taste, that it's written by BravOkada.
>>14133268
Because they fit the tone of the show's halves perfectly.
Sable might as well be Akashi's theme song in the second half.
>>14133379
>Anon i need help. How do i get my friends to see this?
"Here's an anime I really liked, I think you might like it to."
>>14133415
I think I could very much become a nano fan. But I really liked the 2nd Opening a lot too. That just felt really good.
>>14133379
Just tell them that this guy directed it: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Junichi_Sato
Vert is sexy.
Yes hi hello this thread is indeed pertinent to my interests
Guy that bought Box set 2, I implore you, if you can find a way please upload that shit for the greater good.
I've got the whole box set 1 encoded but I can't release it without knowing I'd be able to finish the series.
And believe me, I've surfed far and wide to find it, and I even found several mirrors that had Box 1, but no box 2 at all. Nowhere.
>>14135750
Good taste.
It's in a weird situtation, because while I would have loved to see it in action, I'm happy I didn't because of what it would have meant for the characters involved.
>>14136393
>It's in a weird situtation, because while I would have loved to see it in action, I'm happy I didn't because of what it would have meant for the characters involved.
If anything, it could always appear in SRW someday (which certainly provides multiple-choice situations).
>>14136530
Why do you people always bring up "muh SRW"?
Just why? Goddamnit, I hate you people more than the Tokushitters.
>>14136537
It's the closest thing to an animated what-if I can think of, here. The chances for an alternative continuity OVA to be made are impossible to occur anyway.
>>14136537
Every Mecha Anime series, OVA, ONA and Movie (and some odd cases) in existence will be featuring in a Super Robot Wars game. If it is not, it will, in time.I guess that would be our "Rule 34", except it doesn't involve porn. Not all the time, at least.
>>14136393
>It's in a weird situtation, because while I would have loved to see it in action, I'm happy I didn't because of what it would have meant for the characters involved.
>If only I had the power of a mavess
>a Mavess huh
>what no. I didn't mean it like that. I need you more than that. I couldn't bare it if you had to suffer for my sake
gotta love characters who don't act stupid or irrational for the sake of drama.
>hey Im really scared about all this
>I am too. But we're together and that's what's important.
And then neither one of them did something stupid
god they where just so perfect
>>14136636
Even this one?
>>14137115
>>14137120
The weird thing is that Okada normally would have indulged on that kind of shit, but she didn't. It was pretty bizarre.
>>14137171
Id say it was because they where more supporting characters but bu and large most of the characters actions made sense.
>>14137168
If there is a kind just loving god then yes.Sorry
I just want to fucking rewatcg the seres in bluray
Why did it have to be so unpopular
>>14138955
Why did something not good have to be so unpopular? That's a very good question.
>>14137171
>>14137193
I still think Junichi Sato was responsible for that. The guy did a fine job restraining Okada's oppressive melodrama at times (shame that there wasn't much room for resolving that one crazy guy's deal though).
>>14138970
>something not good
There is a nice, comfy middle ground between perfect and shit, you know.
I think M3 fits pretty snugly at around a 7. It still has flaws, but I would consider it good.
>>14138970
A lot of popular things are pretty shit too, you know.
>>14139193
And M3 is not there. Not like it matters, since mediocrity can arguably be worse than being garbage, and it's bad no matter your "opinion" on it.
>>14139207
No shit, Sherlock.
>>14139218
It's generally infantile to pass off your opinion as fact.
I think it's all right, you think it's irredeemable garbage. That's fine. That's an opinion. Want to have a more detailed conversation, back up your point. Otherwise, you can quit low-yield baiting, and call it a day.
>>14139254
It's not an opinion.
>>14139258
Alright, fine, you're baiting. I'm going to stop responding.
Look, if you're just here to shitpost, that's fine, go about your business. If you're actually an M3 can and just want to spur discussion, stop. Pleasant but dead threads are better than active threads filled with nothing but shitposting. Remember that.
>>14139268
>If you're actually an M3 can
>>14139270
Fan, not can, obviously. Whatever.
Maybe this being at the top of the front page will help BD guy notice it, and some good can come of it.
>M3fags can't hand the bant
>>@14139320
>bant
You mean bantz. Not even worth the courtesy (You).
>>14137171
>>14138984
It does help to reinforce the overall messages that M3 had in a way that was different from the others. Most of the main characters already convey the message by what not to do and about half of them do the same by showing what does work.
Is the Bonesfag just mad his mediocre show is "BDs never", while a mediocre Shitlite show is getting BDs?
>>14139557
Yeah, if M3 has a big flaw is how long it takes to shit start happening. Everything else is fine, especially the characters' bits.
>>14139556
I'm too old for these dank millenial memes
>>14139562
I don't really know what you're trying to start.
>>14137168
SRW already have robots that can catch and toss a IBM like a volleyball, this would be par of course.
>>14139571
>Yeah, if M3 has a big flaw is how long it takes to shit start happening. Everything else is fine, especially the characters' bits.
I didn't even think that was an issue. It's slower than some other shows but it wasn't dicking around. It's pacing was deliberate and I appreciate that
>>14140268
>It's pacing was deliberate
No, it wasn't. It was just plain bad.
>>14140312
Im sorry you have a learning disability
>>14140468
I'm sorry you have no standards.
>>14140312
The show was so bad that you feel the need to come here and tell us how bad it was. Tell us anon, where did M3 touch you?
>>14140846
The thread was still on the front page and I saw somebody say something wrong, and needed to correct them.
>>14140268
I believe that it was deliberate but it can drag a bit, that why I feel it as a flaw. The show is good, but far from perfect.
I'm keeping this bumped and on the front page in the vague hopes that something will come of it
It's weird, /m/ sort of died recently.
We used to get a lot more conversation in the post.
Granted, I won't deny it was mostly shitposting.
I hope we at least get BDs for it, the art for it was interesting.
Would be nice to see the backgrounds and such in high quality.
