Hasn't stopped the evafags.

This isn't the place for your retarded fetish discussion. Take it to /a/ or /v/
>>
yes.
>>
>>14042764
That's her singing voice, not the character. And it's fifteen.

Didn't they announce character ages for Delta already, and it turned out that Mikumo and Kaname are actually in their early twenties?

Armpits have always been the absolute worst part of mecha design.

Everyone has been continuously lazy and put shoulder joints handing outside the torso which is not how things work. The shoulder joint is within the torso, the entire upper part of which is mobile. Instead the mecha designers just give you a static box with things hanging off the side. This has been monumental defect for both 2D and 3D when it comes to toys and posability.

This really needs to change.

Having a properly worked out torso will open up so many doors.
>>
>>14043032
Lower Torsos have traditionally had it far worse than shoulder joints and you know it.
>>
>>14043059
Lower torsos while somewhat inaccurate have usually retained their functionality. The upgrades from ball joints to 3-axis joints in the hips have eliminated most issues. Even with ball joints they never had their points of rotations located outside of where they should be unlike shoulders.

Armpitfags are the fucking worst.

Not that there's anything wrong with your fetish, but the fact that you feel compelled to tell us about it whenever anybody lifts their arms. It's fucking obnoxious. Get out.
>>
>>14043032
Why should mecha be restricted by inferior human anatomy?
>>
>>14042655
>>14042784
>>
>>14043314
The best part about it is that now you know every time anybody lifts their arms we'll be fapping to it. Enjoy that mental image.
>>
>>14043398
Human anatomy isn't inferior when it clearly has better functionality than the toys.
>>
>>14043898
But is it added range of movements really necessary and worth added complication? Add weight and material restrictions and you come to the conclusion that system that works 'just good enough' might be preferable in mass usage.
>>14043398
This always bugged me, why are joints pretty much limited to human range? I mean, there is saber helicopter move but not many shows allow for backward bending elbows for example and that particular trick i rememver being used on villian's machine.
>>
>>14044159
>not many shows allow for backward bending elbows
I recall a line in Muv Luv where recruits were briefed on remembering that their robots could do this.

Because they wouldn't be as humanlike then. It also isn't something that's particularly interesting looking either.

What happened to that place? That was my go-to place for hi-res art, even donated ten bucks about a decade ago and still had a shitload of DL credits.

And yes armpits are my jam, too bad I don't have an /m/-related pic for this thread.
>>
>>14045161
That's why I've pointed out that this is pretty much gimmick of antagonists maschines. It is an effective way of suprising enemy and adding functionality. Uninteresting? I don't know, matter of taste I think. Humanlike argument stands and works in shows with heroic protag. But when said protag is of pragmatic type?
Offhand I remember it done in FMP.
>>14044734
That's still doable in flesh thou.
