I've been looking at a lot of the concept art and early greco almost seems like a different series. It looks like its set a lot further in the future. the colour scheme is quite interesting too. Shame I can't read anything about it in any of the guidebooks/character design books

You can just repeat the events of G-Reco at a later date (you're just changing the date - that doesn't count) or you can have the same result as G-Reco in the past with a new show in the future (you're just going further in the setting - that doesn't count).
