Yeah, when they republished them back in the aughts, they fixed a lot of the old romanizations.

You can still find the old 90s versions for cheap on Amazon with the really wonky romanization and some cool quasi-retro covert art.

It would be neat if nerds of the onlines made a stop-motion version of some of the fights from the books.

It's Tomino Gundam in its purest form.

loved the interaction between Amuro and the Saberfish fighters.

the story in general is like an arrange mode version of the anime
Amuro's some guy already in the Feddie forces, and by the time they get past Lalah the story goes way off into its own thing.

The text is pretty dry but if you're into the UC stuff it's worth checking out.

I don't have them handy but there's some decently large scans of the old covers, they're nifty.
