Why spend manpower and resources porting over a game when you literally have people coming over in droves to play for 100 yen per round? What advantages could MB bring over the arcade versions? Certainly not online play, since MBON supports online now. You'd just be leeching players away from the arcade. You can literally spend the same amount you'd spend on a copy just throwing coins on a weekly basis. That's not even counting the superficial shit like navis, themes which isn't a permanent purchase, and requires you to actually subscribe to a premium membership of sorts on top of a onetime BanaPass purchase.

At this rate, it's highly doubtful an MB release is ever coming to consoles, simply because it won't bring them any money. bamco's stance is clear, if you want a "real" EXVS game, you're forced to go to the arcades so you can throw money at them. You can go to any arcade in Tokyo and find a zillion exvs machines, and most of them will have players at any hour of the day, nevermind the queues you may get on weekends or at popular hours. Blocking is a quick down>up stick/pad input.

Don't be fooled by the animation. Blocking is near-instantaneous. It can also be buffered, so it's easy to put your shield up in-between the tiniest of gaps.

Also yes, most melee attacks and a handful of of other attacks change depending on directional input.

Some of us aint opposed to it fully, its just that people like myself prefer variety in matches, I'm completely fine with 2-3 OP DLC suits being played but eventually it gets out of control and everyone is fucking using them and its just the same matches over and over again, I have the DLC and I use them its just a problem when the entire fucking lobby is FAUC.

Blitz is better in teamfree if you have a good front to deal damage, mostly blitz's toolkit is really versatile esp mirage colloid to escape and cut tracking leading to unpunished landings. Basically yes, far less mobility without just boost canceling and that just makes him feel like every other suit in the game. Most fun has just been the extreme close range suits like the Speigel and Red Frame, since they have amazing mixup game despite being garbage at range.

If they put in Gunpla then SD should be allowed to be in as well and even then, it still won't be fair for the suits that didn't get in.
