I thought Urushihara was kind of meme-tier until recently when I saw a lot more of his art. It's moeshit but it has just the right amount of unique style and detail to give it that perfect look. I heard it was partly because he's 100% autistic about perfection.

He's also just really, really thorough in his anatomy, putting in a lot of realistic details most others gloss over. It's really on display in things like Another Lady Innocent.

Unfortunately, he also tends to be pretty repetitive in poses, expressions (which are often moe), and body types, so a lot of it ends up kinda samey.
