Those are animated segments from the movie Lou!, which is based on a french comic.
The animation is made by friends of the author who are also making their comics and working on animated projects.

Basically, Lou! is a Slice of Life story about a young girl living alone with her mom.
The mom is some kind of NEET but she becomes a sci-fi author.
In the live action movie they use thoses animations to illustrate her inspiration and how some real life events end up influencing the story of the books, but it's merely a subplot.
