Finished OOO. It was pretty great. I honestly didn't even notice the meandering parts in the 20's until shit started going down and I realised those episodes were the ones. Screw the surgeon two-parter though, just roll into the finisher why won't you. Birth was fantastic, probably my favourite tech rider out of the ones I've seen. I mean G3-X is cool too but there's something I like even more about Birth. The borderline pro-wrestling moves he pulled sometimes helped. I kind of feel that Ankh's character arc could've been more gradual, I think he should've been shown warming up to Eiji and Hina one step at a time instead of it just suddenly happening at once near the end.. Still teared up at picrelated.

OOO was one of the first Rider shows I watched when I was getting into it because I loved the suit designs, and I absolutely loved it when I watched it the first time. Recently rewatched it to see if it still held up after watching pretty much every other Heisei series, and was surprised to find that it pretty much reinforced why I loved it so much in the first place.

It plays pretty well, some riders simply play differently, it isn't as smooth flowing as a Tecmo-Koei game but still enjoyable in its own right.
The graphics in my video are from the PS4 version so that should answer your question concerning budget and it was developed by Bandai-Namco.
I probably wouldn't recommend it to someone who wasn't a fan of Kamen Rider though as part of the enjoyment comes from knowing the characters and being excited to use their movesets

I always say it like this: If you prefer a stronger narrative focus with a lot of symbolism and deviates from the standard of Kamen Rider up until that point (and still kinda does even now), watch Ryuki.

If you want a more straightforward tokusatsu more obviously aimed at youths and doesn't really try a strongly unique narrative aside from doing a bait-and-switch by having the protagonist transform using a villain's gimmick then watch Dragon Knight.

Basically Banno's still alive. He uploaded his mind to a data cloud and remote control his lab from there to rebuild roidmudes that are more submissive. He tries to taunt Gou by using a Chase clone but the Chase clone defects since Banno forgot to remove the Human Circuit (?) Krim installed when they built him. Gou goes Chaser Mach again and finishes off Banno who tries to regain the Chase clone by hijacking it. There are small hints to Genesis like the fact Gou forgot to say thank you again and how Harley made an extra Mach Driver just in case Gou's gets destroyed again. Small instances like the Chaser Signal Bike being in Gou's possession are explained. Overall, it was pretty good

That was just about exactly what his motivations were. And honestly I don't really see a problem with that, myself. Takeru is beginning to try settling things with the Ganma by coming to an understanding rather than simply wanting to DESTROY THEM ALL, like a certain Gou. That's how I do it, it's not a game worth more than $40 or $50 for the TV Sound edition at best, but it's fun for what it is. It's nothing like the traditional musou games, you don't capture anything, it's usually just riding your bike to an area to defeat some mooks, then repeating that twice, then fighting a boss. Sometimes you have to break barriers while bosses are around, or sometimes you have to fight multiple bosses in a level, but for the most part it's extremely repetitive.

To give you an example of how the playable Riders differ, imagine half the cast is Agitha or Ruto with no Hasty Attacks tier(Ryuki, Kiva, Kabuto, Den-O, OOO, Fourze, Gaim) some are Ganondorf C6 tier(Faiz, Kuuga, Hibiki), and some are Link tier(Blade, Decade, W, Wizard). Seriously though, nearly the entire cast is Agitha tier they're that unplayable.

He only wins because Kanzaki gives up due to reasons completely unrelated to Knight's and then he still uses the wish for the very same thing that he wanted from the start, not really showing any development.
