There's no point. Generally speaking, only main characters and secondary Riders make the bulk of the profits off merchandise. Since few of the original face actors for the Showa Riders are ever coming back (what with several of them already being deceased), there is pretty much zero chance for any of them to ever have lead roles again. The reason Hongo got a new suit is because he's the main character of a movie.

Getting a new suit is a privilege only protagonists and villains receive. And if you don't have a face actor, then you can't be a protagonist.

You're just drawing arbitrary lines. If they can make new suits for Ikadevil and Spider Man in SHTZ even though they were just supporting villains, rather than the movie's main antagonists, they can do the same for supporting heroes now that they've updated the original one out of all things.

Her filler moments in Part 3 were shit. The only good addition was adding an actual goodbye scene for that little girl, otherwise it was just a bunch of missing opportunities, like not adding more Hamon use when adequate (For example, when he starts falling through the ship you'd think he'd attempt to use Hamon, since there was the whole pass through thing from the Stone Men in part 2 that could be stopped by Hamon).

The only time she added a Hamon use also was in a situation that made everyone look stupid afterwards (Joseph using Hamon to destroy the meat bud attempting to control him... which makes one wonder why they just went through a two parter to destroy the stand attempting to place the bud there, rather than Joseph just using Hamon to destroy the meat bud thing from the start).

There was no mass extinction in either Gaim or Kabuto. Part of Shibuya was destroyed and closed in 1999 in Kabuto, which is pretty big, but just in a local way.

Gaim had various Invess attacks around the world and then what might have been nukes blowing up in the USA, but we don't even know where those hit. We've seen New York twice in Gaim related stuff itself after those bombs and it seemed to be just fine (We see Invess appearing around a still completely intact Statue of Liberty, after the bombs were moved by Roshuo and we see New York overall being just fine in Knuckle Gaiden.

It's not like she's denying the Ganma's existence by now. She just doesn't want to make assumptions based on common supernatural knowledge.

She accepts what they actually know about the Ganma, but rejects making further assumptions just based on "They're ghosts and this is how ghosts are supposed to work!". Yeah, so far, that assumption seems to work just fine, and so she's just proven wrong again and again, but I don't think her attitude itself is irrational. So I just got into Kamen Rider last year and watched all of Gaim and loved it. I hadn't thought about it before, but now I'm fearing that we might be seeing a Black RX-like situation here. Hongo will start the movie technically as old Rider 1, but he'll never actually transform into that form, always being interrupted somehow. Then, after his "revival" he'll get that new form, but that will be past the halfway point of the movie, making things overall very slow.

The scenes with the new Rider 1 seem to all be in only a couple of sets.
