Necrom may be my new favorite Rider this season. Everything about him screams "mad science wizard" and I love it.

Yeah, that makes sense.

I think Makoto and Kanon (or just Makoto now) are basically no different from Ganma, or at least the kind of Ganma Aran, his brother, and Javel are.

Necrom has a really cool powerset, and the associated sounds are reminiscent of Faiz's sex voice which is good.

You can already tell how Aran's gonna heelturn from that one brief scene halfway through the episode where he's just chilling outside listening to nature and shit though. He'll probably lose interest in helping the Ganma take over and try to preserve the world as how it is or something along those lines.

I-I can't even. I'd say I had pretty high expectations of the Necrom reveal, but it completely fucking blew me away. It was so goddamn fucking good, guys. I loved it. The music. The fight, if you cn even call it that, Ghost and Spectre got BODIED.

How often do we get a villain using a driver, and being a complete sinister piece of shit? Aside from Ouja, Kusaka, and Chase( I haven't seen Drive), and maybe Chalice and Sasword? I don't think we get unrelenting asshole kaijin using drivers. This is a goddamn treat to me.

He tries to get them to talk, Aran tells him to fuck off and beats down Makoto, Takeru immediately responds with Rider Kick because it's clear Aran's not going to listen to anything he has to say right now, and making sure he doesn't kill them is more important than trying to keep talking. Robin Hood commends him for the attempt but warns him that since Aran thinks he's in the right, it won't be a simple matter to convince him. This is perfectly appropriate advice to give and fits Robin Hood as someone who was a criminal even if he was a virtuous one.

Same thing happened with Makoto before when he was being a shitlord. Takeru tried to talk him down once, it didn't work, he defended himself and then calmly left as soon as it was an option. He's remarkably rational when it comes to dealing with people who don't want to talk to him.
