I have seen his previous reviews.

What I have observed is that he acts in some sort of persona, like someone who is living in an era when internet was not that spread so that anyone can check info online.Most of the time he based his knowledge about the anime he reviews on the basis of back cover blurb of the VHS. Which becomes jarring considering in some videos he let's his head canon to make jokes out of things which could be easy fact checked online.

Another thing that weights this theory is he uses the dubbed version. He mostly deals with dubs but nothing on Japanese voice acting, on the basis of video I have seen so far.

Now to the video posted here.
The annoying nitpicking at the beginning made be give up halfway through. He is acting a contarion in science like those hard sci fi jerks and when as usual he is reviewing the dub version.Does he realizes that many classic sci-fi takes liberty due to lack of knowledge or just taking liberty for the themes they were going for,like Rey Bradbury and Philp K Dick?

Which gives credence to my theory of him being a playing a character who is in early 90s buying VHS of anime available in local video store and all info he can rely on is the text behind the back cover.

I should point out he does mentions the mangaka in this one though.

Pretty sure the tank webms get posted in webm/animation threads quite frequently. I love it, shading, great animation, great fight scenes especially when they are on the railgun bikes at the end. Wish there was more, one day I'll have to read the manga.

As much as I love wanking it to old anime, this one was kind of a letdown.

It has some great action sequences.

But, like, 70% of the characters and plot are useless filler, the whole thing is awkwardly paced, most characters aren't very endearing, and the action is animated just a little too slowly, like, everytime our main dude got on a bike it looked like the movie was going in slo-mo, negating the sense of speed and momentum those scenes should have.
