The whole series he's pegged as this normal guy who's just really good at killing people - he makes mistakes throughout. I thought he was going to prove that even ordinary men could defeat Perfect Soldiers.

Then in the last 10 episodes it's like NOPE LOL YOU WERE PREDESTINED TO BE GREAT, but I consider that to be non-canon, so let's pretend Chirico is normal.
