Why is VOTOMS stuff so damn expensive?
Can anybody point me to toys or kits that are $20 and under? I want a lot of them, but God damn.

They're roughly on par with MG models, so no, or else they're old/sold out.
Lots of scales and versions of the Scopedog alone, though.
I'd wanted to get a model of a Scopedog and maybe a Standing Turtle, myself.
The plamo isn't too expensive from what I recall. Fun to put together too.
Still afraid to paint it though.

There used to be a line of 1/35 toys that were about $20. I think they are more expensive now due to being out of production. The Bandai 1/20 kits are well worth the pricetag.
I recently bought the Rabidly Dog from WAVE

It is not 20 bucks or under but, that aside, I don't think there are much toy to buy right now, almost everything is out of stock and nothing seem to planned aside new resin kits from WAVE, but those are sold for 200+$.
If you are into SDs then there are the koto kits

It's a hefty price tag my friend
Votoms sucks bro.

Don't be a bleeding heart anon.
You know how it is with (you) beggars.

The biggest problem is that all of the stuff was made in small runs some time ago. The easiest toys to find are the 1/48th Actic Gears which I can't recommend enough. The best you can find is the 1/18th Microman Dual Model Zwei toys.
Let me make sure you understand one thing however. Despite how desperate you are for Votoms toys or merch... DON'T BUY ANYTHING FROM CM CORPORATION. Their quality control is crap and choice of materials confusing. How can one find a plastic that is both rubbery and brittle? Their design level engineering is actually pretty good, but everything's a wash when it come to production.

Also the old 1/24th Dual Model series is also pretty grood.

Oh shit, Blue. Knight Berserga! Nice!
>>13727388
Not really. It looks nice but it broke the moment I opened the package. This is the first of the toys I purchased from CM Corporation. The side panels on the legs fell off the moment I lifted it from the tray and any movement of the limbs are fraught with terror as they feel like they are made of styrofoam. Which is a damn shame since it's one of my favorite designs. Thankfully I only dropped $20 on it.

Here's the the Shadow Flare from CM Corp moments before it started to crumble away like so much dried play-doh.

temendous

I never understood how those wheels sticking out of the side of the legs where supposed to help with moving underwater. Also, the diving beetle is the coolest amphibious armored trooper.
I bought the D-style scopedog a few months ago when it was on clearance at a local shop.

>I never understood how those wheels sticking out of the side of the legs where supposed to help with moving underwater
It isn't for underwater as far as I remember.

>It isn't for underwater as far as I remember.
But only the underwater mechs have them. The only difference between the marshydog and scope dog is the placement of those wheels.
>>13727734
Those wheels are for navigating muddy conditions.
All I want is a fucking Bloodsucker ;_;
>>13727826
Well there is the 35Max Bloodsucker figure.
