I like how we were joking about it before but the kid really does love it.

I wouldn't say he enjoys it, more like he's indifferent to killing, if not finding a mild justification to it.

No early zeta kammile is by far the craziest, bellri kind of pushes it at points but id say him and heero are tied.

Mika really doesnt fit any of them, hes more a child who was robbed of his innocence and even he himself doesnt really understand the weight of the things around him, its slowly gonna catch up on him from the way this episode hinted at with him shaking

He could already fit as a slightly atypical case. We keep seeing flashes to that one scene shown in the opening which might be intrusive memories. He's emotionally numb and doesn't appear to experience positive emotions. exhibits self-destructive behavior (constantly taking vanguard position in combat), doesn't really appear to have any close relationships except to Orga.

In particular his blunted affect is pretty typical of PTSD.

The shaking you mention could be the beginning of the anxiety related symptoms. Probably started by the accusation that he enjoys killing forcing him to really think about it for the first time in a long time.
