Haven't seen it in years. All I really remember about it is the OP, the Roy Focker knock-off, his hilarious takedown of the main villain, and the best-worst dub line ever uttered.

The show is completely bananas but in such an unexpected way and filled with "wait, what?!" moments that it sometimes felt like a parody.
