so I'm assuming the Jaguar in the future portion of the Daitetsu episode is the younger Super Jaguar from the future, probably sent back in time again to fix the paradox or whatever. So where is the Jaguar we all know?

The jaguar we know from the series is the "Alpha" timeline Jaguar. He became disillusioned with history and his own time and wanted to fix it, so he went back and created IQ to destroy evil.

Doing this changed something and caused a younger version of him (Beta timeline) to come try to stop him as a member of the time police. However, they were too afraid to kill each other as killing one would cause an end to their timeline as they weren't important enough to the big picture of history for such an act to be overlooked. So Alpha Jaguar escapes.

Alpha Jaguar goes back again and this time decides to support the super human bureau, which changes things again. However, there are now two alpha jaguars in the same time period. One is his previous self and formed IQ, and one is his current self that has gone back to the same time period as his previous self to support the bureau, and this version of alpha jaguar wasn't around when he formed IQ last time.

So the bureau catches IQs attention. Beta Jaguar shows up on schedule, however before he can confront the IQ jaguar as planned, this time the bureau is stronger than it was before and he is caught by kikko. Alpha jaguar find out and decides to man up and kill IQ jaguar to erase his timeline. Before this, beta jaguar learns why alpha jaguar did all this, which is to bring back super humans which are absent in the future. Kikko gets the cliff notes on how time paradoxes work and takes beta jaguars watch to the proffessor, who sets about reverse engineering it.

Alpha jaguar kills IQ jaguar, but fails to disappear, due to kikkos actions leading to the formation of the time police, making Jaguar too important to history for his act of bringing the watch to the past to be erased.

Beta jaguar is automatically pulled back to the future after a week (as was mentioned at the start) and asks the question because he wants to know if alpha jaguar managed to change the future.

And continuing on, Alpha jaguar is still around in the past and still a member of the bureau. Beta jaguar is the one shown entering the portal at the beginning and returning at the end.

so as far as we know, Rebellion-Era Jaguar is the same Alpha Jaguar? IQ Jaguar is dead, and Beta Jaguar is back in the future.
