There's a mechwarrior like game called Young's Modulus. Mechs are blocky bendylegs and you fight against spherical alien robots. Top end weapons include nuclear torpedoes and plasma mortars that the enemy spams at you with ridiculous blast radius.

Online low spec mech game that isn't dead? That's a tough one. There are some that require better hardware, namely Mechwarrior online and Hawken come to mind but those are dead and not worth investing time in. I used to play both until I got bored and my medium spec laptop couldn't run then anymore even on low settings.

For emulator, use Retroarch if your PC isn't complete shit. If you are too retarded or your PC is too bad to emulate using Retroarch, use PCSX-R. NEVER touch ePSXe. It's complete piece of shit. PCSX-R uses literally same plugins, but it's at least 200% better in every aspect.

DS emulation is trash, but if you must emulate it, use DeSmuME.

Keep in mind that emulating PSX might require bios files. Those can be found from Emuparadise too.
